井下混合动力无轨胶轮车驱动系统模糊逻辑控制策略研究

Fuzzy logic control strategy for driving system of underground hybrid trackless rubber tyred vehicle

  • 摘要: 目前,煤矿井下无轨胶轮车以防爆柴油机或蓄电池作为动力来源,存在着诸多技术不足和现实问题,例如, 防爆柴油机驱动系统尾气污染严重、油耗高、工作效率低,防爆蓄电池驱动系统动力不足、续航能力较差等。混合动力是一种在乘用车领域已发展较为成熟的环保节能驱动技术,若能将其应用于井下无轨胶轮车,将能较好地解决这些问题。但是,目前对矿用车辆混合动力技术的研究整体尚处于起步阶段,尤其缺乏对井下混合动力驱动系统控制策略方面的专门研究。本文以无轨胶轮车混合动力驱动系统为研究对象,在充分考虑行驶工况、动力源工作特性和使用环境等因素的基础上,设计了一种适用于井下混合动力无轨胶轮车驱动系统的模糊逻辑控制策略; 基于课题组前期已建立的井下无轨胶轮车CYC_JX循环工况,利用经过二次开发的ADVISOR软件构建Simulink仿真模块,对本文设计的模糊逻辑控制策略和目前广泛使用的电辅助控制策略进行了仿真与对比分析; 进一步,基于LabVIEW软件设计测控系统,利用井下混合动力无轨胶轮车试验平台开展台架试验,对仿真结果进行了验证。结果表明,与电辅助控制策略相比,模糊逻辑控制策略下的防爆柴油机和电动机的大部分工作点效率较高,整车百公里燃油消耗降低了11.18%,尾气排放中HC含量值降低了20.83%,CO含量值降低了1.82%; 仿真与试验结果的输出车速、防爆柴油机和电动机实际输出转矩、蓄电池SOC变化趋势相同,燃油经济性和尾气排放值的变化均处于理想范围内,验证了所设计控制策略的合理性; 基于模糊逻辑控制策略的混合动力无轨胶轮车驱动系统能较好地依据工况信息、驾驶意图协调防爆柴油机和电动机之间的能量流动,其燃油经济性、动力性和尾气排放特性均优于电辅助控制策略。但是,本文设计的模糊逻辑控制策略还缺少对电动机工作效率的综合考虑,未来可以将其作为一个约束目标,进一步对模糊逻辑控制策略进行优化。

     

    Abstract: At present, the underground trackless rubber-tyred vehicle in coal mines uses explosion-proof diesel engine or storage battery as its power source, which has many technical deficiencies and practical problems.For examples, the explosion-proof diesel engine drive system has serious exhaust pollution, high fuel consumption and low work efficiency, while the explosion-proof battery drive system has disadvantages of insufficient power and poor endurance.The hybrid power is a kind of environmental friendly and energy-saving driving technology which has been widely used in the field of passenger cars.If applied to underground trackless rubber-tyred vehicles, it may be able to better solve these problems.However, the research on the hybrid technology of mining vehicles is still limited, especially the lack of special research on the control strategy of underground hybrid driving system.On the basis of a full consideration of driving conditions and working characteristics of the power source as well as the underground environment, a fuzzy logic control strategy was designed for the drive system of underground hybrid trackless rubber wheel.Based on an established CYC_JX cycle condition of underground trackless rubber-tyred vehicle, the Simulink simulation module was constructed using redeveloped ADVISOR software.The simulation and comparative analysis of the fuzzy logic control strategy designed in this paper and the electric auxiliary control strategy widely used at present were carried out.Furthermore, based on a measurement and control system developed by LabVIEW, a platform of underground hybrid trackless rubber wheel car was used to carry out the bench test for verifying the simulation results.The results showed that compared with the electric auxiliary control strategy, the efficiency of most working points of the explosion-proof diesel engine and motor under the fuzzy logic control strategy was higher, the fuel consumption of a hundred kilometers is reduced by 11.18% and the contents of HC and CO in exhaust gas were reduced by 20.83% and 1.82%, respectively.The tendency of output speed, output torque of the explosion-proof diesel engine and motor and the SOC in tests were the same as those of the simulation results.The change of fuel economy and emission were within the ideal range, which verified the rationality of the designed control strategy.According to the working condition information and driving intention, the drive system of hybrid electric trackless rubber-tyred vehicle based on fuzzy logic control strategy could coordinate the energy flow between explosion-proof diesel engine and motor well.Its fuel economy, power performance and exhaust emission characteristics were superior to the electro-assisted control strategy.However, the fuzzy logic control strategy designed in this paper lacks a comprehensive consideration of working efficiency of the motor.In the future, the motor efficiency could be used as a constraint target for a further optimization of the fuzzy logic control strategy.
