泵流量对纵向切槽水力压裂裂缝偏转距的影响

Influence of pump flow rate on the deflection of hydraulic fracturing cracks in longitudinal flume cutting

  • 摘要: 水力压裂技术近年来越来越多地被应用于强烈动压巷道的卸压工程中,水力压裂卸压的核心是如何人为控制水力裂缝的开裂、扩展方向及路径。将裂缝起裂点与裂缝扩展路径上与切槽方向呈1/2切槽角度的点之间的连线长度定义为裂缝偏转距,并作为试验重点考察指标。采用真三轴物理试验的方法,对尺寸为300 mm×300 mm×300 mm的预留钻孔和纵向切槽水泥试块水力压裂过程中不同泵流量对裂缝偏转距的影响规律进行了详细研究。研究结果表明:纵向切槽水力压裂裂缝首先沿切槽方向起裂,在扩展的过程中逐渐转向最大主应力方向;裂缝呈S型非对称形态,裂缝较为单一,无复杂微裂隙产生,裂缝在横向扩展的同时沿纵向扩展且扩展过程中无较大偏转。压裂过程明显呈现3个阶段性特征:初次起裂阶段、裂缝持续扩展阶段和裂隙贯通阶段;随着泵流量的增加,起裂压力略有增高,压裂时间明显缩短。在水平应力比为1.5条件下,泵流量由0.5 mL/s增加到1.0 mL/s,裂缝偏转距增加了54.9%;泵流量由1.0 mL/s增加到1.5 mL/s,裂缝偏转距增加了16.7%;随着泵流量的增加,裂缝偏转距明显增大,增大趋势呈半抛物线特征。水平应力比为2.0条件下,泵流量由1.0 mL/s增加到1.5 mL/s,裂缝偏转距增加了30.6%;泵流量由1.5 mL/s增加到5.0 mL/s,裂缝偏转距增加了67.9%;与应力比为1.5相比,相同泵流量条件下裂缝偏转距明显减小。试验采用真三轴试验方法仅能对小尺寸试块进行物理模型试验,下一步将选取合适的数值计算方法,进一步开展大尺度岩层水力压裂效果试验研究。

     

    Abstract: Hydraulic fracturing technology has been used more and more in the roadway with strong dynamic pressure for pressure relief in recent years. The key issue of hydraulic fracturing is how to control the crack orientation,expansion direction and path of hydraulic fracture. The length of the connection between the crack starting point and the point with a 1 / 2 slot angle on the crack spreading path is defined as the crack deflection distance and as the key test indicators. The effects of different pump flow on the deflection distance of fracture during hydraulic fracturing of 300 mm×300 mm×300 mm reserved drilling and longitudinal grooves cement block are studied using a large size true triaxial test. The results show that the vertical slit hydraulic fracturing crack is first cracked along the chipped direction and gradually turns to the maximum main stress during the process of expansion. The cracks are in S-type asymmetric form and relatively single and there are no complex micro-cracks. The cracks expand along the longitudinal while expanding horizontally and there is no large deflection during the expansion process. Three stages are characterized during fracturing process:the initial fracturing stage,the continuous ex-pansion stage and the fracture penetration stage.With the increase of pump flow,the fracturing pressure is slightly increased and the fracturing time is significantly shortened. At the horizontal stress ratio of 1.5,the pump flow increases from0.5mL / s to 1.0mL / s,the crack deflection distance increases by 54.9% . Pump flow increases from 1.0 mL / s to 1.5 mL / s,the crack deflection distance increases by 16.7% . With the increase of pump flow,the deflection distance of cracks increases obviously,and the increasing trend is semi-parabola. Under the horizontal stress ratio of 2. 0,the pump flow increases from 1.0mL / s to 1.5 mL / s,the crack deflection distance increases by 30.6% . The pump flow increases from 1.5 mL / s to 5.0mL / s,the crack deflection distance increases by 67. 9% . Compared with the stress ratio of 1.5,the deflection distance of crack decreases obviously under the same pump flow condition. The real triaxial test method can only be used to test the physical model of the small size test block. A suitable numerical calculation method will be selected to further carry out the experimental study on the hydraulic fracturing effect of large-scale rock formations.
