干、湿喷混凝土受载力学特性及破坏机制

Mechanical characteristics and failure mechanism of dry and wet shotcrete under loading

  • 摘要: 目前湿喷混凝土正逐步取代干喷混凝土,但相关支护机理及设计依据缺乏研究。为了探究湿喷混凝土的力学特性与破坏机制,基于干、湿喷混凝土的力学试验,采用声发射(AE)装置监测试样的单轴抗压、轴心抗压及巴西劈裂失稳的全过程。获得了试样破坏全过程的声发射能量、撞击数等数据,以及试样破坏点出现的时空特征。根据试验结果,探究干、湿喷混凝土的破坏机制,对比分析了两者不同龄期下的单轴抗压强度、轴心抗压强度和劈裂抗拉强度,并进一步研究了两者AE参数中的应力、撞击数、能量与应变4者之间的关系,通过AE试件定位结果定量分析损伤变量与应变之间的关系,建立干、湿喷混凝土损伤变量的本构模型。结果表明:相对于干喷混凝土,湿喷混凝土的早期和长期力学性能均有显著的提升,且均质性也明显提高。以AE能量表示的损伤变量随应变的增加而增大,在各自特定的应变下试样内部裂纹均开始逐步贯通,但在达到峰值应变前湿喷混凝土损伤变量的增长率较为缓慢,而在达到峰值应变后增长率则较快。通过对比干、湿喷混凝土的试验曲线和计算曲线,表明该本构模型可以适用于干、湿喷混凝土破裂能量的损伤比较。

     

    Abstract: At present,wet shotcrete is gradually replacing dry shotcrete,but the relevant supporting mechanism and design basis are lack of research. According to the mechanics tests of dry and wet shotcrete,the acoustic emission(AE)device is used to monitor the whole process of uniaxial compression,axial compression and Brazilian splitting instability in order to explore the mechanical properties and failure mechanism of wet sprayed concrete. The acoustic emission energy and impact number of the whole failure process of the sample,as well as the time and space characteristics of the failure point of the sample are obtained. Based on the test results,the failure mechanisms of dry and wet shotcrete are explored,and the uniaxial compressive strength,axial compressive strength and splitting tensile strength of dry and wet shotcrete at different ages are compared and analyzed. The relationships between the AE parameters of dry and wet shotcrete,such as stress,impact number,energy and strain are further studied. The relationship between damage variable and strain is quantitatively analyzed through the positioning results of AE specimens. The constitutive model of damage variable of dry and wet shotcrete is established. The results show that compared with dry shotcrete,the early and long-term mechanical properties of wet shotcrete are significantly improved,and the homogeneity is also significantly improved. Damage variable expressed by AE energy increases with the increase of strain,and cracks begin to penetrate gradually under specific strains. However,the growth rate of damage variable of wet shotcrete is slow before the peak strain is reached,and fast after the peak strain is reached. By comparing the experimental and computational curves of dry and wet shotcrete,it is shown that the constitutive model can be applied to the damage comparison of crack energy of dry and wet shotcrete.
