Characteristics of CO/CO2 methanation hydromethanation reaction system at high temperature

  • 摘要: 考察了煤高温气化的甲烷化过程中反应温度、反应压力对CO2,CO甲烷化反应体系各相平衡时的影响,得出甲烷化过程中反应物转化率、CH4产率、反应平衡常数以及动力学方程的变化规律。研究表明:在900~1 200℃内,CO,CO2在其单独甲烷化过程中的转化率及CH4产率随温度的升高而降低,随压力的升高而增加。在压力为0.1 MPa、温度为900℃的反应条件下,单独甲烷化反应中CO,CO2的理论转化率分别为5.107%和7.738%,CH4产率分别为9.741%和7.099%。H2,CO,CO2体积比为7∶1∶1时的CO和CO2混合甲烷化反应中CO2和CO的理论转化率分别为81.062%和-80.620%,CH4产率为5.432%;压力为0.1 MPa、反应温度为1 200℃时,单独甲烷化CO,CO2的理论转化率分别为0.449%和0.390%,CH4产率分别为0.170%和0.597%,CO和CO2混合甲烷化反应中CO2和CO的理论转化率分别为88.791%和-88.791%,CH4产率为0.205%。得出900~1 200℃内CO2和CO单独甲烷化的动力学方程表达式,并通过Aspen Plus分析验证了动力学方程的合理性。

     

    Abstract: The effects of reaction temperature and pressure on the equilibrium of CO2 and CO methanation reaction systems were studied during the methanation process of high-temperature coal gasification, and the reactant conversion rate, CH4 yield, and reaction were obtained.The equilibrium constant and the dynamics of the dynamic equation.Studies have shown that: within 900-1 200 ℃,the conversion rate of CO and CO2 and the yield of CH4 during their methanation alone decrease with increasing temperature and increase with increasing pressure.When the reaction conditions was that the pressure is 0.1 MPa and temperature is 900 ℃,the theoretical conversion rates of CO and CO2 in separate methanation reactions were 5.107% and 7.738%,the yield of CH4 were 9.741% and 7.099%,respectively.When the volume ratio of H2,CO and CO2 is 7∶1∶1,the theoretical conversion of CO2 and CO in CO and CO2 mixed methanation reactions.The rates were 81.062% and-80.620%,respectively, the yield of CH4 were 5.432%.When the reaction temperature rises to 1 200 ℃ and the pressure is 0.1 MPa, the theoretical conversion rates of methanized CO and CO2 alone were 0.449% and 0.390%,the yield of CH4 were 0.170% and 0.597%,respectively.The theoretical conversions of CO2 and CO were 88.791% and-88.791%,respectively, and the yield of CH4 were 0.205%.Finally, the kinetic equation expression of CO2 and CO methanation in the temperature range of 900-1 200 ℃ was obtained through calculated.The rationality of the kinetic equation was analyzed and verified by Aspen Plus.
