  • 摘要: 井工煤矿生产是一个复杂的巨系统,实现其智能化开采的重要基础是安全生产全业务流程信息的高度共享和动态分析,但目前存在空间信息管理基础理论薄弱、数据孤岛严重、管理模式落后、共享平台缺失等问题。 基于煤矿智能化信息处理的特点,提出了基于“一张图”的智能化煤矿信息共享管理平台的系统设计,为实现生产和管理部门间的横向整合和纵向集成奠定了基础;进一步完善了管理煤矿空间信息的灰色地理信息系统理论,并对业务流程重构和时空数据库的构建进行了较为详细的阐述,实现了智能开采环境下煤层空间信息的动态修正、管理模式的创新和各类空间及属性数据的一体化存储,为信息处理的动态性、共享性、准确性和可靠性提供了保障; 对信息共享和协同处理机制以及可视化展示等关键内容和技术进行了研究,解决了包括移动端在内的全业务流程数据处理的一致性、完整性、现势性和可操作性问题; 开发了具有我国自主知识产权的软件平台和应用系统,并在平顶山煤业集团有限责任公司、大同煤矿集团有限责任公司、山东能源临沂矿业集团有限责任公司等单位得到实际应用,初步实现了对智能化煤矿安全生产运营" 一盘棋、一张网、一张图、一个库"的新型管理理念和 Internet+大数据+煤矿的高科技目标。

     

    Abstract: Underground coal mining is a complex giant system,and the important foundation of its intelligent mining is the high sharing and dynamic analysis of the whole business process information of safety production. However,there are some problems such as weak basic theory of spatial information management,serious data island,backward man- agement mode,lack of shared platform and so on. Based on the characteristics of intelligent information processing in coal mine,the system design of intelligent coal mine information sharing management platform based on “one map” is proposed,which lays the foundation for horizontal and vertical integration between production and management depart- ments. further the gray geographic information system theory is improved for managing coal mine spatial information,the reconstruction of business process and the construction of spatiotemporal database are described in detail,which re- alizes the dynamic modification of coal seam spatial information,the innovation of management mode and the integrated storage of all kinds of spatial and attribute data under the intelligent mining environment,which guarantees the dynam- ic,sharing,accuracy and reliability of information processing. The key contents and technologies of information sharing and collaborative processing mechanism,as well as visualization display are studied,which solves the problems of con- sistency,integrity,current situation and operability of data processing in the whole business process including mobile device applications. The platform and application systems with independent intellectual property rights in China have been developed and applied in Yangquan Coal Industry( Group) Co. ,Ltd. ,Datong Mining Group Co. ,Ltd. ,China Pingmei Shenma Group etc. ,and have been preliminarily realized the new management thought of “ one design,one network,one map,one library” and the high-tech goal of Internet+big data+coal mine.
