Mass concentration level and distribution characteristics of air pollutants in coking plant area

  • 摘要: 为研究焦化厂区大气污染物污染特征,采用在线多气体检测仪对山西某典型焦化厂炼焦及 化产各工段环境空气中非采暖季和采暖季总挥发性有机物(TVOCs),NH3 和 H2 S 质量浓度水平和 时间分布特征进行分析,并使用 SPSS 软件分析不同工段大气污染物之间的相关性。 结果表明,焦 化厂区 TVOCs,NH3 ,H2 S 的平均质量浓度分别为 96,376,176 μg / m3 ,化产工段各污染物质量浓度 均高于炼焦工段。 化产不同工段中 TVOCs 质量浓度由高到低依次为冷鼓工段(147 μg / m3 ) >独立 罐区(141 μg/m3)>氨水泵房(107 μg/m3)>粗苯工段(77 μg/m3)>硫铵工段(35 μg/m3),NH3质量 浓度排序为独立罐区(542 μg/ m3 ) >粗苯工段(500 μg/ m3 ) >硫铵工段(401 μg/ m3 ) >冷鼓工段 (392 μg/ m3)>氨水泵房(388 μg/ m3 ),而不同工段 H2 S 质量浓度无显著差异。 焦化厂采暖季 TVOCs和NH3质量浓度均显著高于非采暖季,H2S质量浓度几乎不变。 采暖季各污染物质量浓度 日变化趋势不明显,而非采暖季均表现出显著的日变化特征,且化产和炼焦工段日变化特征不同。 炼焦工段 TVOCs,NH3 ,SO2 ,NOx ,O3 ,PM2.5 ,PM10 之间具有较高的相关性,表明炼焦工段环境空气中 各污染物主要来源一致,且部分化合物之间存在较为复杂的化学反应机制;化产粗苯工段 TVOCs 和 NH3 显著正相关,而独立罐区、冷鼓工段、氨水泵房与硫铵工段 TVOCs,NH3 ,H2 S 之间不相关,表 明与其他化产工段不同,粗苯工段 TVOCs 和 NH3 具有相似的生成和排放规律。

     

    Abstract: In order to investigate the pollution characteristics of air pollutants in coking plant,the mass concentration and time distribution characteristics of total volatile organic compounds(TVOCs),NH3 and H2S in nonheating season and heating season were analyzed by online monitoring instruments in the ambient air of each section of the coking and chemical production areas in a typical coking plant in Shanxi. The SPSS software was used to analyze the correlation between air pollutants in different sections. The results show that the average mass concentrations of TVOCs,NH3,H2S are 96,376,176 μg/m3 in the coking plant,and the mass concentrations of pollutants in the chemical production section are higher than that in the coking section. In the different stages of chemical production,the mass concentrations of TVOCs from high to low are condensation and blast section(147 μg/m3)>independent tank farm(141 μg/m3)>ammonia water pump house(107 μg/m3)>crude benzol production section(77 μg/m3)>ammonium sulphate section(35 μg/m3). The NH3 mass concentrations are sorted as independent tank farm(542 μg/m3)>crude benzol production section(500 μg/m3)>ammonium sulphate section(401 μg/m3)>condensation and blast section(392 μg/m3)>ammonia water pump house(388 μg/m3). However,there is no significant difference in the H2S mass concentration among different sections. The mass concentrations of TVOCs and NH3 in the heating season are significantly higher than those in the nonheating season in the coking plant,and the H2S mass concentration is almost unchanged. In the heating season,the diurnal variation trend of each pollutant mass concentration is not obvious,but in the nonheating season,the significant diurnal variation characteristic is showed. The diurnal variation characteristics of air pollutants in the ambient air for chemical production and coking section are different. There is a high correlation between TVOCs,NH3,SO2,NOx,O3,PM2.5 and PM10 in the coking section,indicating that the main sources of pollutants are the same,and there are complex chemical reaction mechanisms between some compounds. There is a significant positive correlation between TVOCs and NH3 in the crude benzol production section. No correlation is found between TVOCs,NH3 and H2S in the vicinity of independent tank farm,condensation and blast section,ammonia water pump house and ammonium sulphate section,indicating that TVOCs and NH3 have similar generation and emission law in the crude benzol production section.
