无煤柱自成巷 N00 工法采留一体化装备与围岩控制关键设计

  • 摘要: 无煤柱自成巷 N00 工法是我国自主创新的采煤新工法,其在提高资源采出率、降低巷道掘 进量、消减煤柱引起的应力集中等方面具有一定优势。 为进一步推进该工法发展,以陕煤柠条塔煤 矿 N00 工法工业性试验为工程依托,从采掘布局、围岩控制、装备系统 3 个方面梳理了 N00 工法核 心设计思路。 针对 N00 工法成巷围岩结构特征,考虑围岩空间结构整体稳定和运动全过程稳定 性,提出了“碎胀平衡降压+动静耦合支护”围岩控制设计思路,明确了 3 个控制对象、4 种控制技 术、8 项设计标准及相关设计内容。 基于 N00 工法“ 采留一体化” 采掘布局设计理念,形成了 N00 工法采煤装备系统和成巷装备系统布局新设计,明确了 N00 装备系统关键结构和功能设计内容。 工程试验结果表明,采用 N00 工法设计,采煤装备系统可实现工作面前无巷采煤,成巷装备系统可 实现工作面采后同步成巷,突破了传统采掘分离式装备布局模式,实现了采煤过程中无提前掘巷和 无留设煤柱。 柠条塔煤矿试验工作面留巷长度 2 344 m 内,巷道顶底板移近量最大 145 mm,巷道 围岩控制效果良好,完全满足安全生产要求。 无煤柱自成巷 N00 的成功应用,验证了 N00 工法采 留一体化装备和围岩控制关键设计的可行性,为提高矿井采出率、节约煤炭资源,减少巷道掘进、降 低开采成本以及缓解采掘接续问题提供了新途径。

     

    Abstract: The N00 mining method without coal pillar left and roadway excavation is a new method developed in Chi⁃ na,which has some advantages in improving the rate of resource recovery,reducing the amount of roadway excavation, and eliminating the stress concentration caused by coal pillar. To further promote the development of this method,the core design idea of the N00 mining method is summarized from the aspects of mining face layout,surrounding rock control and equipment system based on the industrial test of this mining method in the Ningtiaota coal mine. In view of the surrounding rock structural characteristics of the N00 mining method,the de⁃ sign method for surrounding rock control is proposed,considering the overall stability of surrounding rock spatial struc⁃ ture during the whole movement process. That is using the rock crack⁃expansion to balance the pressure and using the dynamic and static coupling support to control surrounding rock. Based on this, three control objects, four control technologies, eight design standards and related design contents are defined. Simultaneously, based on the design concept of “integration of mining and retention”of the N00 mining method,the design of the N00 mining equipment system and the N00 roadway forming equipment system is formed,and the key structure and function de⁃ sign contents of the N00 equipment system are clarified. The test results show that using the N00 mining method,the coal cutter can complete mining under the condition of no roadway in front of the mining face,the synchro⁃ nous formation of roadway can be realized in the mining process,and the excavation of roadway in advance and coal pillar retention are on longer needed,which breaks through the traditional mining equipment separated layout mode. In the roadway retention stage,the maximum roof deformation is 145 mm,which fully meets the safety requirements. The successful application of the N00 mining method in the Ningtiaota coal mine verifies the feasibility of the method, and provides a new way to improve the recovery rate,save coal resources,reduce roadway excavation,reduce mining cost,and overcome the contradiction between mining and excavation.
