  • 摘要: 新一代信息技术与煤炭开采技术深度融合,为智能矿山技术发展提供关键技术支撑,将促 进煤炭工业创新、绿色、安全、高效发展。 数字孪生作为煤矿智能化无人开采的核心技术,是人工智 能理论方法与数字化技术的有机结合,数字孪生有望解决煤矿智能化无人开采中物理世界和信息 世界交互与共智的关键技术难题,对推动矿山全生命周期智能化建设和煤炭工业高质量发展具有 重要意义。 本文基于数字孪生技术和平行智能理论,提出了矿山数字孪生的概念框架、体系架构、 关键技术、基础理论和构建方法体系;提出了物理模型、仿真模型、机理模型和数据模型相互耦合的 矿山数字孪生演化理论模型,据此进一步解析了面向矿山智能开采应用场景的数字孪生模型构建 方法与演化过程,研究了矿山数字孪生系统与物理系统的理论模型、同步映射与协同演化机制,探 讨并揭示了矿山数字孪生的演化机理;最后以矿山智采工作面数字孪生实际应用为例,通过模拟矿 山生产场景数字孪生模型演化与协同控制,验证矿山生产场景的数字孪生建模效果并对其技术特 征进行解析,实现描述、建模、演化、预测相结合的矿山数字孪生系统模型。 本文旨在通过矿山数字 孪生技术内涵、方法、机理等理论新型研究范式,为矿山数字孪生技术应用落地提供理论指导,对未 来智能矿山研究和工业互联网在煤矿应用提供有益的启发与借鉴。

     

    Abstract: A deep integration of new generation information technology and mining technology will provide key technical support for the technological development of intelligent mines,and will promote the innovative,green,safe and efficient development of the coal industry. As a key intelligent technology for unmanned coal mining,digital twin is an organic combination of artificial intelligence theory and digital technology. Digital twin is expected to solve the key technical problems of interaction and common intelligence between the physical world and the information world in intelligent unmanned coal mining. It is of great significance to promote the intelligent construction of the whole life cycle of the mine and the high⁃quality development of the coal industry. Based on the digital twin technology and parallel intelligence theory,the conceptual framework,architecture,key technologies,basic theory and construc⁃ tion method system of mine digital twin are proposed. A theoretical model of mine digital twin evolution with physi⁃ cal model,simulation model,mechanism model and data model coupled is presented. Based on this,the construction and evolution process of digital twin model for mine intelligent mining application scenario is further analyzed,and the synchronous mapping and co⁃evolution mechanism of mine digital twin system are studied. The evolution mechanism of mine digital twinning is discussed and revealed. Finally,taking the practical application of digital twin in intelli⁃ gent mining face as an example, by simulating the evolution and cooperative control of the digital twin model in the mine production scene,the effect of the digital twin model in the intelligent mining scene is verified and its tech⁃ nical characteristics are analyzed,as well as the mine digital twin system model combining description,modeling,evo⁃ lution and prediction is realized. This paper aims to provide theoretical guidance for the application of mine digital twin technology through the connotation, method and new theoretical research paradigm of mine digital twin technology,and provide useful inspiration and reference for the future research of intelligent mine and the applica⁃ tion of industrial Internet in coal mines.
