基于“首次穿越模型”的粉煤气化输送管道寿命预测

Life prediction of pulverized coal gasification transportation pipeline based on “First Pass Model”

  • 摘要: 煤气化管道输送过程中,管道受颗粒冲击导致的失效严重影响输送过程稳定和气化生产的安全运行。预测管道剩余使用寿命,合理地开展对粉煤输送管路系统的维修维护,可以有效减缓管道因煤粉冲蚀磨损而导致的失效,提高管路系统的使用寿命,从而保障设备的安全可靠运行。综合考虑了管径、壁厚、屈服强度等煤粉输送管道的结构参数,与管道内压、冲蚀磨损深度、长度及其速率等影响煤粉冲蚀的随机“激励”因素,运用“首次穿越模型”构建了粉煤气化输送管道的失效概率模型和剩余寿命预测的方法。应用FLUENT仿真平台构建粉煤气化管道冲蚀的仿真模型,通过不同冲蚀磨损长度、深度、速率、管径、管道压力和屈服强度等影响因素对管道失效概率进行概率敏感性分析,研究确定了影响管道寿命的因素,并最终对管道的剩余寿命进行了预测。结果表明:不考虑设备维修的情况下,针对本研究的煤气化粉煤输送管道,其安全使用寿命为40 a左右。在管道投入使用20~40 a之后,各种影响管道寿命因素的综合作用开始显现,管道的失效概率呈现明显上升的趋势。其中,冲蚀管道参数Vd=0.2 mm/a或VL=8.0 mm/a条件需作为管道的重点维修指标。较大的管径体现出较好的抗冲蚀性能,管道压力也是影响管道失效评定的重要因素。在管道的日常检修维护中,管道的冲蚀参数应当作为优先考虑指标进行重点维护,以提升管道的预期使用寿命。

     

    Abstract: For the coal gasification pipeline transportation,the failure caused by particle impact seriously affects the stability of transportation process and the safe operation of gasification production.By predicting the remaining service life of the pipeline,and reasonably carrying out the maintenance of the pulverized coal transportation pipeline system,the failure of the pipeline due to the erosion and abrasion of the pulverized coal can be effectively reduced,and the service life of the pipeline system can be increased,thereby ensuring the safety and reliability of the equipment run.We considered the structural parameters such as diameter,wall thickness and yield strength of pulverized coal transportation pipeline,and the random “excitation” factors such as pipeline internal pressure,erosion depth,length and rate,the failure probability model and life prediction method of pulverized coal gasification pipeline using the “first crossing model” are proposed.Based on the fluent simulation platform,the simulation model of pulverized coal gasification pipeline erosion was built.Through the sensitivity analysis of different erosion rate,pipe diameter,pipeline pressure and yield strength on the pipeline failure probability,the factors affecting the pipeline life were determined,and the remaining life of the pipeline was predicted.The results show that the safety service life of the coal gasification pipeline studied in this paper is about 40 years without regard to equipment maintenance.After the pipeline is put into use for 20-40 years,various factors that affect the life of the pipeline begin to manifest their effects,and the probability of failure shows an upward trend.Among them,the erosion pipeline parameter Vd=0.2 mm/a or VL=8.0 mm/a condition should be used as the key maintenance index of the pipeline.The larger pipe diameter shows better anti-erosion performance,and the pipe pressure is also an important factor affecting the failure assessment of the pipe.In the routine repair and maintenance of the pipeline,the pipeline erosion parameters should be considered as a priority focus on index maintenance,has raised the expected life of the pipeline.
