生态地质层理论及其在矿山环境治理修复中的应用

  • 摘要: 矿山开采活动不仅对地表植被、土壤层和地形地貌产生破坏,还会对所能影响到的地下岩 层等地质体产生扰动和破坏,引起区域地表和地下生态环境系统的变化。 因此,有必要从地质学角 度开展矿山生态环境治理修复的理论与技术研究。 基于对煤炭矿山开采造成的主要生态环境问题 研究,提出了如何从地质角度开展矿山生态环境治理的思路,分析了煤炭开采对生态环境的影响机 理,论述了生态地质层理论。 采用“将今复古”的治理原则,通过对破坏地层层序结构的研究和模 拟再造,形成了生态地质层的构建原理和修复关键技术,并列举了青海木里矿区“ 急、难、险” 生态 治理修复工程推广应用的实例。 研究认为:1 矿山开采造成生态环境破坏的根本原因是开采对原 始地层系统产生扰动和破坏,引起地层位移、变形、破裂、垮落,导致应力重新分布,引发地下水、气 系统变化、运移和重新聚集,造成地表上部或浅层的岩石发生变化,影响到地表土壤、生态环境的改 变,乃至水圈、大气圈的变化。 2 生态地质层是指对区域生态环境具有控制属性作用的地层或地 层组合层段,矿山勘查开采对生态环境破坏的实质是生态地质层的破坏。 3 矿山生态环境治理的 关键是构建和修复生态地质层,通过研究区域原始地层剖面和产状、岩石结构构造,采用人工干预 和相似材料物理模拟的方式,构建出具有与原始地层相似属性作用的类岩性层段。 根据治理修复 对象的不同,生态地质层可划分为土壤层、地形重塑层、煤层顶板岩层、含水层等,高原高寒地区还 包括冻土层。 4 生态地质层构建材料的选用是生态修复的关键。 提出无土地区可利用矿山开采 形成的废弃渣土,变固废为生态地质层构建修复的主要材料的技术与方法。 在青海木里矿区生态 治理修复中解决了高原高寒地区大范围生态治理修复时客土无法实现、渣土占地与环境不相融合 和污染等问题。 生态地质层理论的提出与构建原理解决了因地层变形、破裂、沉陷、地表水断流、土 壤层、地形地貌及冻土层等地质环境扰动与破坏引发的矿山生态环境治理与修复难题,为在复杂条 件下矿山生态环境治理探索出了一条地质学治理的新路径。

     

    Abstract: Mining activities will cause damage to the surface vegetation,soil layer,topography and geomorphology,and will also cause disturbance and destruction to the underground rock and other geological bodies. Regional surface and underground ecological environment systems will also change. Therefore,it is necessary to study the theory and technology of mine ecological environment remediation from the perspective of geology. Based on the study of the main ecological and environmental problems caused by coal mining,this paper puts forward the idea of how to develop the mine ecological and environmental governance from the geological perspective. At the same time,the influence mechanism of coal mining on ecological environment is analyzed,and the theory of ecological geological layer is discussed. Based on the governance principle of “restoring is the past”,through the study and simulation of the sequence structure of the damaged strata,the construction principle and restoration key technologies of ecological geological strata are formed. The paper lists the examples of the promotion and application of the “urgent,difficult and dangerous” ecological management and restoration projects in the Muli mining area of Qinghai in china. The fundamental cause of ecological environmental damage caused by mining is the disturbance and destruction of the original strata system. Strata displacement,deformation,fracture,collapse and stress redistribution are caused by mining. Research result demonstrate that:① the fundamental reason for the damage to the ecological environment caused by mining is that mining disturbs and destroys the original stratum system,causing stratum displacement,deformation,rupture,caving,and stress redistribution. Mining causes the changes,migration and reaccumulation of groundwater and gas systems. Mining will also cause changes in the upper or shallow rocks on the surface,affecting changes in the surface soil,ecological environment,and even changes in the hydrosphere and atmosphere.② The ecological geological layer is the stratum or stratigraphic combination interval that has the effect of controlling the regional ecological environment. The essence of the damage to the ecological environment caused by mine exploration and mining is the destruction of ecological geological layers.③ The key to the governance of the mine ecological environment is to construct and restore the ecological geological layer. By studying the regional original stratigraphic profile and occurrence,and rock structure ,using manual intervention and physical simulation of similar materials,a lithological interval with similar properties to the original stratum is constructed. According to the different treatment and restoration objects,the ecological geological layer can be divided into soil layer,topographic remodeling layer,coal seam roof rock layer,aquifer,etc.,and the plateau alpine region also includes a permafrost layer.④ The selection of ecological geological layer construction materials is the key to ecological restoration. This paper puts forward the technology and method that the waste slag formed by mining can be used as the main material for the construction and restoration of ecological geological layers in the landless area. This method solves the problems such as the inability to realize the foreign soil,land occupation,incompatibility with the environment and pollution in the largescale ecological governance and restoration in the plateau and alpine regions. The proposal and construction principle of ecoflogical geological layer theory solves the problems of mine ecological environment management and restoration caused by geological environment disturbance and damage,such as stratum deformation,rupture,subsidence,surface water cutoff,soil layer,topography and permafrost layer,etc. The research has explored a new path of geological governance for mine ecological environment governance under complex conditions.
