Research on the coupling of electromagnetic interference in the monitoring system of coal mine wire rope

  • At present, there are no reference implementation standards of coal mine electromagnetic compatibility on the anti-interference technology of coal mine wire rope monitoring system, which cannot meet the technical require- ments of coal mines. The research on the coupling of electromagnetic interference in the monitoring system of coal mine wire rope is proposed in this study. First of all,the testing items and standards of the products of the monitoring system are analyzed. And it is found that to test the anti-electromagnetic interference of the system,an interference source must be found. So the multi-conductor transmission line model of system interference source is established. The differ- ential mode interference voltage of the S,L ends of signal loop is calculated respectively, when the length of the trans- mission line, the distance between power cable and signal line spacing and other parameters change. The results show that:the interference of coal mine power cable coupled to the signal line magnifies rapidly with the increase of the length of the transmission conductor;the interference coupled to the monitoring signal line decreases with the increase of the distance between the power cable and signal line;the interference linear approximation increases with the in- crease of the two signal line spacing;the interference increases firstly and then decreases with the increase of the dis- tance of the transmission conductor from the ground, and there is a maximum interference inflection point.
