  • In order to achieve the goal of open pit coal mines in China, the technology of realizing green mining, the technology of steep slope, the technology of mining area, the technology of reducing the surface area, the technology of hole blasting, and the new technology of green mining, the new technology of green mining, and the technology of closed pit control are proposed.The three level evaluation index system for evaluating the green degree of open pit coal mine is established, and the first level index is 4, the two level is 12, and the three level is 73.“Green factor” is introduced as the evaluation index, and the three level evaluation index is determined by the fuzzy membership function.Using fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method to evaluate the “green factor” value of two and the first level index, the mathematical model of the green factor value of all levels of indicators is established.Put forward the evaluation standard of green mining in open pit coal mine.The “green degree” is divided into 5 grades.In Heidaigou open pit coal mine as an example were applied, that the mine green index is 0.639, which to achieve a good standard of grade II.
