Analysis on impact dynamics of negative Poisson’s ratio effect of anchor bolt with constant resistance and large deformation

  • With the increase of coal mining depth,the number of instantaneous impact of deep surrounding rock in- crease significantly,and the impacting force is always greater than the yield strength of the traditional Poisson’s ratio supporting materials which leads to supporting failure. With the high support resistance and large tensile value,the Constant Resistance and Large Deformation bolt( CRLD) verifies its negative Poisson’ s ratio effect under the static condition and can meet the requirements of deep large deformation. In order to study the impact resistance mechanism of CRLD under dynamic condition,this paper introduced impact and tensile experiments through SHTB-Elongation & Impacting Experiment System for CRLD with independent intellectual property rights. The experiment results verify that the CRLD bolt,with large deformation resistance under the action of impact while keeping structural deformation, shows a good effect of negative Poisson’s ratio and has a better performance than that of traditional cables with good impact resistance effect.
