Integrated coal and gas simultaneous mining technology:mining-dressing- gas draining-backfilling

  • On the basis of summarizing solid backfill mining technology,the authors propose an integrated “ mining- dressing-gas draining-backfilling” mining method and describe the technologies of mining high gassy and low-permea- bility coal seam,underground separation on gangue and coal,and mixed mining. Considering the increasing need for hectic auxiliary transportation,highly gassy and low-permeability coal seam,the unstable and complicated condition of protective coal seam,and the need for meeting the productivity requirement with “three under” coal resources,the au- thors introduce the method of building protective seam in rock stratum,gas drain system,underground separation sys- tem on gangue and coal,and mixed mining system involving backfilling and mining technology. The research indicates that the integrated mining technology can fulfill the safe mining of highly gassy and low-permeability coal seam with mixed mining technology. It can not only improve the recovery ratio of coal resources but also prolong the mine life.
