Operation methods and parameters determination of ecological restoration at surface coal mine

  • Green mining technology is a fundamental way to solve the problems of ecological environment in open pit mines.On the basis of original technological processes, adding the process of “ecological restoration”to form a green technology system of open pit coal mine. This study investigated on the operation mode and parameters of ecological restoration, and defined the concept of ecological restoration work surface, land leveling belts and so on. According to the division of land leveling belts and dump bench, the land leveling belts are divided into parallel division and vertical division.The main operating parameters of ecological restoration process are ecological restoration work surface area, land leveling land restoration work belt width, work line length, the average thickness of fill or excavation depth (fill is positive, cut is negative), and land restoration level speed.The mathematical model of the calculation of operating parameters is established.Equipment type of ecological restoration process and calculation method of production capacity are determined.As an example, the Zhungeer Heidaigou Open-pit Coal Mine Dump in land restoration is designed.The division of land restoration working surface, the process and equipment types of ecological restoration and the operation parameters are determined.
