Modeling and analysis of coal mine main fan switchover system

  • As an important component of mine safety production, a coal mine main fan switchover system (CMMFSS) is used to achieve the transition between two mine main fans.During the switchover, the fluctuation of the underground airflow quantity needs to be controlled within its technically desired ranges.It can ensure the effective dilution of gas concentration and the normal mining operation of underground coal mining.In order to achieve the control in the process of switching between two main fans, it is necessary to establish the dynamic model of CMMFSS.Currently, there is no such a dynamic mathematical model that can approximately describe CMMFSS.Therefore, in this paper, by combining mechanism, sensitivity analysis and parameter identification, a dynamic mathematical model will be established.First, by incorporating the concept of graph theory and the flow fluid dynamics, the mechanism model of CMMFSS is developed.Next, a disturbance analysis is performed on the mechanism model of CMMFSS.Then, the parameter identification method is used to estimate the main parameters of the model.Finally, by comparing with the practical data, the developed model is verified to be valid and effective.
