Wireless transmission system based on asymmetric coils of magnetic plated material

  • In terms of the transmission efficiency of asymmetric magnetically coupled resonant wireless transmission systems, this paper studies the problems that there are a large difference between the size of the transmitter coil and the receiving coil in the actual application of the wireless transmission system and the horizontal displacement of the coils.A relay coil which is coaxial and coplanar with the transmitting coil is added between the conventional two coil structures. At the same time, the five layers of magnetic plating conductor wires are used instead of copper wires to winding the coils in the system, and the system model is established. The mutual inductance analysis of the wireless transmission system and the comparison with the conventional two coil system are carried out.Theoretical analysis and simulation of the advantages of the magnetic plating conductor structure in reducing the energy loss in the system are compared with the conventional copper wire. The system simulation and laboratory experiments are carried out in each stage of theconstruction of the original two coils system and the wireless transmission system using magnetic plating coils with a specific position coil.It is considered that the methods of adding specific position coil and using magnetic plating wire have an obvious positive effect on the transmission efficiency of asymmetric magnetic coupling wireless transmission system. The asymmetric magnetic coupling wireless transmission system based on magnetic plating wires and coils with specific position can maintain a high transmission efficiency even if the structure is asymmetric. Compared with the conventional two coils system, the transmission efficiency has been significantly improved.
