Calculation method of mathematical model on transverse bending movement of scraper in working face

  • Aiming at the practical problems such as long bending section and poor loading effect of scraper conveyor in the course of lateral bending and moving of scraper conveyor in a fully mechanized mining face in Guoerzhuang Coal Mine and Gequan Coal Mine of Jizhong Energy Group, and according to the actual situation and law of the transverse bending movement and the longitudinal transportation of the scraper con-veyor in a fully mechanized mining face, by establishing the transverse bending step-by-step movement model of the scraper conveyor, the forming process and mechanism of the bending section of the scraper conveyor during the transverse sectional movement are analyzed and studied, and the transverse bending movement laws of the scraper conveyor are revealed.It is found that when the bending section of scraper conveyor is too long (e.g.the bending movement of 10 chutes according to the commonly used length of the bending section), the horizontal opening angle between chutes is inconsistent, resulting in the unequal bending radius of the bending section, which easily causes the unstable operation load of scraper conveyor, the unbalanced force on the scraper chain in the chute, and the increase of friction and collision force, and so on.This increases the abrasion of the scraper connection, the scraper and the chute of scraper conveyor, and decreases their service life.According to the horizontal bending movement attitude of scraper conveyor, the rectangular calculation model of the bending section of scraper conveyor is established.The mathematical calculation model and mathematical verification model of the bending section of scraper conveyor are deduced and established by using the mathematical coordinate system and the calculation method of trigonometric function.The theoretical calculation and verification of the mathematical model of some existing models of scraper conveyor in coal mine are carried out.The mathematical calculation model has been applied at the 2204 fully mechanized mining face of Guoerzhuang Coal Mine, Jizhong Energy.By comparing with the new calculation model, the length of the bending section is determined to be 6 chutes.Compared with the original 10 chutes, the length of the bending section is reduced by 4 chutes, and the length of the bending section is reduced from 15 meters to 9 meters.The model achieves some good results in the coordinated operation of shearer, scraper conveyor and hydraulic support, coal loading efficiency of scraper conveyor and prevention of coal wall spalling.
