Vibration and control technology of mine auxiliary transport vehicles in China

Abstract
Aiming at prominent vibration of auxiliary transport vehicles used in coal mine in China, and mine narrow gauge and trackless auxiliary transport systems, main elements inducing vibrations of auxiliary transport vehicles are developed around smoothness of lines and characteristics of vehicles. Research progress in vibrations and control technologies of narrow gauge and trackless auxiliary transport vehicles are summarized, and development and application status of the vibration reduction device are also summarized. On this basis, existing in current research o vibration and control technology of mine auxiliary transport vehicles is dissected. the trend to high speed and heavy haul of mine auxiliary transport, it is proposed that both mine narrow gauge (trackless) auxiliary transport vehicles and mine tracks (roads) should be brought into corresponding vehicle-road couple dynamic system respectively. Through corresponding theoretical research and experimental investigation, couple vibration law and interplay between two kinds of auxiliary transport vehicles and their corresponding lines can be elaborated. Effective theoretical foundation can be provided for restraining vibration in mine auxiliary transport system, and for prompting vehicles being driven safely and stably. Necessary theoretical foundation can also be provided for developing high performance vibration reduction device, for evaluating safety of mine auxiliary transport vehicles, and for designing mine track (road). development of high performance mine auxiliary transport vehicles, vehicle-road coupling dynamics of mine auxiliary transport system should be fused with sound-vibration coupling and rigid-elastic coupling of auxiliary transport vehicles. Then mechanism of noise generation of mine auxiliary vehicles can be revealed, and characteristics of loading and deformation of their key components can also be revealed., necessary theoretical foundation can be provided for noise control, structural optimum design, lightweight design of mine auxiliary transport vehicle, and reliability design of their key components.
