Hydraulic impact test bench with 6 500 kN static and dynamic composite loading

  • Aiming at the problem that the existing test equipment can’t perform the static-dynamic combined dynamic impact loading test on the anti-impact bracket in the rock burst mine,this study has developed a dynamic impact test bench to realize large-tonnage fast static-dynamic combined loading based on the principle of hydraulic energy storage and fast discharge. The structure and working principle of the loading test bench were proposed,its hydraulic loading system was designed,and the action principle of the hydraulic loading system was given. The quasi-static loading,dy- namic loading and static-dynamic combined loading of the test piece could be realized on the bench. The simulation model of the hydraulic loading system was established,and its loading characteristics were simulated using AMESim. A new structure of switch valve was proposed to realize the high pressure and large flow. The structure optimization and flow field research of the ultra-high-flow fast-release valve was performed using FULUNET. The structural parameters of the valve with a rated pressure of 31. 5 MPa and a flow rate of 120 000 L / min were determined. The shock wave equation of the anti-impact hydraulic column and its definite conditions were deduced. The AMESim simulation model of the hydraulic power loading system was established and the dynamic impact simulation analysis was performed. Based on the results of theoretical analysis,the prototype of the 6 500 kN high-speed hydraulic impact test bench had been developed and tested. The experimental results show that the test bench has a maximum impact force of 6 500 kN and a maximum impact speed of 8. 2 m / s. The acceleration time from static to maximum speed is less than 25 ms,the rated flow rate of the ultra-high-flow fast-release valve reaches 121 179. 8 L / min,and the opening time is less than 15 ms. The correctness of the design scheme was verified by experiments on a prototype test machine.
