Abstract
The catalyst-resin mastic ratio is an important indicator when the resin grout is made, and determines the performance of the resin grout. In view of the wide application of resin grout in engineering, it is found that catalyst-resin mastic ratio has an important influence on its working performance. In order to obtain the best catalyst-resin mastic ratio of different types of resin grouts for mines and improve their working performance, the paper is based on the curing reaction mechanism of resin grouts, using a combination of numerical simulation, laboratory experiments and field tests to study different types, the anchoring performance of the resin grout with different catalyst-resin mastic ratios has obtained the best catalyst-resin mastic ratio relationship of different types of resin grouts. The results show that when the medium-speed resin grout catalyst-resin mastic ratio is 2% (control group), 4%, 6%, 8% and 10%, the anchoring work is on the anchor cross rib, resin grout and the lower surface of the anchor cross rib. The contact area has different degrees of stress concentration, and the peak stress is in this area. Compared with the control group, as the catalyst-resin mastic ratio gradually increases, the bolt stress and the resin grout shear stress peak also gradually increase, and when the catalyst-resin mastic ratio is 8%, the peak stress value of the two reaches the maximum. In the same way, the three resin grouts commonly used in coal mines: ultrafast, fast, and medium speed, are successively carried out in the laboratory experiment on the relationship between the catalyst-resin mastic ratio and the anchoring force. It is found that the average peak anchoring force of the medium-speed resin grout is 8%. Compared with the control group, the anchoring force has increased by 23.70%; the ultrafast and fast resin grout has the largest average value of the anchoring force when the catalyst-resin mastic ratio is 8% and 4%, respectively. Compared with the control group, the anchoring force is the largest. Comparing with the control group, the anchoring force increased by 39.24% and 7.35%, respectively. Carrying out different types of anchoring experiments in coal mine roadways with different types and catalyst-resin mastic ratios, it is found that the best catalyst-resin mastic ratios of three different types of resin grouts for ultrafast, fast and medium speed are 8%, 4%, and 8% respectively, which provides a reference for the preparation and selection of resin grout.
