卡链工况下刮板输送机扭摆振动特性分析

Analysis of torsional vibration characteristics of scraper conveyor on chain blocked condition

  • 摘要: 考虑到常规研究刮板输送机卡链工况时仅考虑双侧同样载荷卡链工况,主要研究单侧卡链工况及其对刮板链条体系扭摆振动特性的影响。对卡链故障的产生原因以及卡链载荷的模拟施加方式进行了分析。研究了刮板输送机卡链工况的力学模型,选用Voigt模型建立刮板输送机扭摆振动动力学模型,使用Matlab软件建立动力学方程和状态方程,对建立的动力学方程构造出函数子程序,实现动力分析的前处理。通过仿真分析得到卡链位置前后物料不同的4种工况下刮板链条体系扭摆振动速度、加速度以及张力情况,并进行了实验验证。研究结果可知,卡链过程会引起刮板链条体系强烈的扭摆振动,并且初始时候无物料情况下,扭摆振动更明显。前后方均有物料情况下,扭摆振动稍有减弱。

     

    Abstract: The conventional study on scraper conveyor chain working condition only considers the bilateral same load chain working condition. This paper mainly studies the single side chain condition and its effect on the vibration char- acteristics of the scraper chain system torsional pendulum. The cause of the chain failure and the way of applying the load simulation are analyzed. Also,the paper investigates the mechanical model of scraper conveyor chain working con- dition,selects Voigt model to establish the dynamic model of scraper conveyor torsion pendulum vibration,uses Matlab software to establish dynamic equation and state equation,and constructs a function subroutine to the established dy- namic equation. The preprocessing of dynamic analysis is realized. The vibration speed,acceleration and tension of the torsion pendulum of the scraper chain system are obtained by simulation analysis under four different working condi- tions of different materials before and after the chain position,and the experimental results are verified. The results show that the chain process will cause a strong torsion vibration of the scraper chain system,and the torsional pendu- lum vibration is more obvious when there is no material at the beginning. In the case of both front and rear materials, the vibration of torsion pendulum weakens slightly.
