Abstract:
The disc brake system is one of the most important guarantees for the safe operation of the mine hoist. There- fore,it is of great significance to study the reliability of the system. The disc brake system of hoist is a typical redun- dant system with fuzziness, dynamics and randomness in system failure. In order to improve the safety and reliability of disc brake system of mine hoist and analyze the factors of system failure, the key failure modes of disc brake system of mine hoist were studied by using the method of fuzzy dynamic fault tree analysis. Taking the TE161 hydraulic station system in the disc brake system as the research object of reliability, the working principle, structure and fault factors of the disc brake system were analyzed. According to the redundancy of the structural structure of the TE161 hydraulic station system, the dynamic fault tree model of the hydraulic system of the disc brake system was constructed. The fuzzy mathematics theory was introduced. The triangular fuzzy number was used to describe the failure rate of the basic event of the dynamic fault tree model. The reliability analysis of the system was carried out by combining the dynamic fault tree analysis method. For the static module, the fuzzy static operator was used to solve the fuzzy fault probability of the event. For the dynamic module, the fuzzy fault probability based on the fuzzy Markov dynamic operator was used to solve the event. Combining the static subtree and dynamic subtree research results. the intercept level, and the expan- sion principle, the probability of the top event fuzzy fault was obtained when the system was running for 104 h,and the probability of the most likely fault of the system was 0. 031. Combined with the principle of solving the fuzzy probabili- ty importance, the fuzzy probability importance of the basic event of the system was obtained, and the fuzzy probability of the basic event was obtained. The importance ranking analysis gives the key failure modes of the hydraulic station. The weak link provides a reference for fault prevention, maintenance and hydraulic station design of the disc brake sys- tem.
