复杂采空区三角网模型任意方向剖面生成算法

Generation algorithm of arbitrary-directional section for complex goaf triangulation model

  • 摘要: 三维激光探测技术能有效探测并获取采空区复杂形态的点云数据,进而可构建采空区三角网模型。采空区三角网模型及其剖面能够在空区相邻采场设计、周围构筑物安全分析等方面提供依据。由于采空区实际形态复杂,如何精确生成其剖面轮廓线并有效封闭模型断面成为基于复杂采空区三角网模型任意方向剖面生成技术研究的关键。研究形成了一种新的复杂采空区三角网模型任意方向剖面生成算法,实现了确定任意剖切平面的多种交互方式、基于简化判据的相交判断和交线的提取、交线首尾相邻判断的剖面轮廓线生成,以及结合切耳法、插值和线圈间三角剖分的模型断面封闭等主要功能。实际应用表明:所建立的算法剖面生成效率及生成剖面轮廓线精度高,模型断面封闭结构完整。

     

    Abstract: Goaf is one of threats in mines. A 3D laser-scan detection technology was used to detect and obtain the point cloud of its complex-shape effectively,and a goaf triangulation model was built. Goaf triangulation model and section can provide the basis for the design of adjacent stope and the safety analysis of the structures around it. Due to goaf complex shape,how to generate section outline and close model’ s fracture surface was the key research on arbitrary- directional section generation. A new generation algorithm of arbitrary-directional section for complex goaf triangulation model was studied and realized. It has functions including several interactive modes for selecting arbitrary section plane,intersection judgment and extracting intersection line based on simplified intersection criterions,generating sec- tion outline based on adjacent judgment of intersection line,and closing model’s fracture surface which combined with ears-cut,interpolation and triangulation between closed lines. Practical application shows that sections are generated efficiently,section outlines are generated precisely,and model’s fracture surfaces are closed well.
