Operation method and parameters optimization of dragline overcast stripping technology in surface mine

  • 摘要: 以物料流量流向优化理论与工艺系统模拟为基础,提出重心圆投影模型与拉斗铲倒堆工艺流量流向优化模型,通过规划物料最优的原始分布状态、优化物料的迁移次序与路径实现倒堆工艺效率的提高。以黑岱沟露天矿为实例对所提出的理论进行了应用研究,构建了重心圆投影模型的作业单元体三维模型,计算了不同作业内容、不同作业环节条件下,设备作业循环耗时概率分布的拟合函数,模拟计算结果显示:拉斗铲作业旋转角度与耗时符合凹函数非线性关系,应采用“差距排弃”作业方式;拉斗铲作业平盘高度约为13 m时,设备实际作业效率最高;排土空间充足条件下拉斗铲无需额外自行拓展平盘。

     

    Abstract: Based on the optimization theory of material flow-direction and flow rate and simulation system,the gravity circular projection model and optimization model of flow-direction and flow rate for overcast stripping technology were proposed. The efficiency of overcast stripping technology can be improved by planning the optimal distribution of raw materials and optimizing the transportation order and path of waste. Taking Heidaigou surface mine as an example for this study,the three-dimensional model of unit body was constructed,and the fitting functions of the time-consuming probability distribution under various work contents and operating conditions were calculated. The simulated calcula- tion and analysis results show that the relation between the swing angle and time consumption of dragline conforms to the concave function non-linear correlation,and “ variance distance dumping” should be adopted. Also,the efficiency of dragline reaches the highest point when bench height is 13 m and it is unnecessary for dragline to do bench expan- ding work itself when dumping volume is adequate.
