SHPB试验中高低温作用后深部砂岩破碎程度与能量耗散关系分析

Analysis on the fragment and energy dissipation of deep sandstone after high / low temperature treatment in SHPB tests

  • 摘要: 利用φ50 mm分离式霍普金森压杆(SHPB)装置,研究了在常温下对经历-15~1 000℃温度处理后砂岩的动态破坏特性,得到了入射波能量、吸收能量、比能量吸收值、碎屑的质量分形维数与平均破碎块度之间的关系,分析了深部砂岩在破坏过程中温度对破坏程度和能量耗散的影响。结果表明,温度对岩石的破碎程度和能量耗散的影响十分显著。以20℃(室温)为分界点,碎屑的质量分形维数和平均破碎块度随温度变化趋势一致,-15~20℃随温度的上升而逐渐增大,20~1 000℃随温度的上升而逐渐减小。入射波能量、吸收能量和比能量吸收值随温度变化趋势一致,-15~20℃时,以-5℃为分界点,-5℃以下随温度升高逐渐增大,-5℃以上随温度升高逐渐减小;20~1 000℃时,以400℃为分界点,400℃以下随温度升高逐渐增大,400℃以上随温度升高逐渐减小。

     

    Abstract: Dynamic failure characteristics of deep sandstone exposed to different temperatures treatment from -15 ℃ to 1 000 ℃ were studied by using the split Hopkinson pressure bar ( SHPB) apparatus of 50 mm in diameter at room temperature. The relationships among incident energy,absorbed energy,specific energy absorption value,mass fractal dimension of fragmentation and average fragment size after different temperatures conditions were obtained. The influ- ence of temperature on the failure degree and energy dissipation of deep sandstone was analyzed. The results show that the temperature has a significant effect on rock fragmentation and energy dissipation,and 20 ℃ is the boundary point with the temperature rang from -15 ℃ to 1 000 ℃ . From -15 ℃ to 20 ℃ ,both the mass fractal dimension of frag- mentation and the average fragment size of sandstone increase with the increase of temperature,however,both of them decrease with the increase of temperature from 20 ℃ to 1 000 ℃ . The temperature treatment has similar effects on the incident energy,absorbed energy and specific energy absorption,and the boundary points for -15 ℃ to 20 ℃ and 20 ℃ to 1 000 ℃ are -5 ℃ and 400 ℃ ,respectively. When the temperature treatment is smaller than the boundary points,the incident energy,absorbed energy and specific energy absorption increase with the increase of temperature treatment,yet they decrease with the increase of temperature treatment when the temperature treatment is larger than the boundary points.
