液氮溶浸作用对不同煤阶煤样渗流特性的影响

Influence of liquid nitrogen immersion on seepage characteristics of different rank coal samples

  • 摘要: 中国低透气性煤层广泛赋存且煤阶跨度较大。针对不同煤阶、性质煤层如何确定有效的液氮致裂方式是一个亟待解决的难题。 为此,分别选择褐煤、烟煤和无烟煤3种煤阶的煤样进行不同条件下的液氮溶浸,并使用摄像机定点拍摄、观察煤样表面宏观裂隙的演化规律,使用受载煤体注气驱替瓦斯测试实验系统与纯度为99.999%的氮气测试得出煤样渗透率的变化规律。对实验得到的煤样渗流曲线趋势进行简要讨论,对比分析了液氮处理不同阶段煤样的渗透率数值。 实验结果表明:① 相同围压条件下,煤样的渗透率随着气体压力的增加呈“U”型变化趋势,使用二次函数公式拟合效果良好;② 单次液氮处理即可对褐煤煤样产生显著增透效果;③ 通过增加液氮循环处理次数可有效提升液氮对烟煤的增透效果,一次液氮溶浸处理后的烟煤渗透率增幅最大达到514.89%,两次处理后最大可达到1 129.79%;④ 多次液氮处理对无烟煤透气性的改善不甚明显,只会逐渐降低其抗拉强度,通过增大热冷冲击温度梯度的液氮处理方式可以有效改善无烟煤透气性,在围压-气压为2.00~1.25 MPa时,初始温度50 ℃的无烟煤液氮处理后的渗透率增幅仅为2.44%,而初始温度100 ℃的无烟煤处理后的渗透率增幅达到125.43%;⑤ 基于实验结果讨论、提出适宜于不同煤阶煤层的液氮致裂增透方法。

     

    Abstract: Coal seams with low permeability are widespread and the span of coal rank is large in China. How to choose a reasonable liquid nitrogen fracturing method for coals with different ranks and properties is an urgent problem to be solved. For this purpose,the coal samples of three coal ranks including lignite,bituminous coal,and anthracite are se- lected for liquid nitrogen fracturing under different conditions. Cameras are used to photograph (fixed point) and observe the evolution of macro-cracks on the coal sample surface. The gas flow tests with the Gas Flow and Displacement Testing Apparatus (GFDTA) and the nitrogen of 99. 999% purity show the change pattern of coal sample permeabili- ty. The trend of percolation curves of coal samples obtained from the experiments is briefly discussed,and the permea- bility values of coal samples at the different stages of liquid nitrogen treatment are compared and analyzed. The experi- mental results show that:① under the same confining pressure conditions,the permeability of coal samples shows a “U”-shaped change trend with gas pressure increases,and the fitting effect using the quadratic function formula is good;② a single liquid nitrogen immersion treatment can produce a significant permeability enhancement effect on lig- nite coal samples;③ by increasing the number of liquid nitrogen cycle treatments,the effect of liquid nitrogen on bitu- minous coal can be effectively improved. The maximum increase of bituminous coal permeability reaches 514. 89% af- ter one liquid nitrogen immersion treatment, and the maximum increase can reach 1 129. 79% after two treat- ments;④ the improvement of anthracite permeability by repeated liquid nitrogen treatments is not obvious,and will only gradually reduce its tensile strength. The liquid nitrogen immersion treatment method by increasing the tempera- ture gradient of heat and cold shock can effectively improve the permeability of anthracite. At confining pressure-gas pressure of 2. 00-1. 25 MPa,the permeability increase of anthracite with liquid nitrogen treatment and oven treatment of 50 ℃ is only 2. 44% ,while the permeability increase of anthracite with liquid nitrogen treatment and oven treatment of 100 ℃ reaches 125. 43% ;⑤ based on the experimental results,a liquid nitrogen cracking and permeability en- hancement method was proposed,which is suitable for different rank coal seams.
