智能化采煤工作面分类、分级评价指标体系

  • 摘要: 针对我国智能化工作面尚没有统一标准,无法对煤矿智能化建设和发展水平进行科学合理定量评价问题,开展了智能化工作面分类、分级与评价指标体系研究,给出了智能化采煤工作面定义,建立了智能化工作面指标体系数学模型,提出了智能化工作面分类、分级评价指标体系与评价方法,开发了智能化采煤工作面分类、分级评价软件,结合具体案例,验证了评价方法与评价结果的科学合理性。首先对智能化采煤工作面、工作面智能集控中心、智能化开采模式等术语进行定义,提出智能化采煤工作面一般技术要求与系统配套条件,根据工作面煤层厚度、赋存条件、采煤方法和开采技术参数对智能化采煤工作面开采模式进行分类,将智能化采煤工作面分为薄煤层和中厚煤层智能化有人巡视无人操作、大采高煤层人-机-环智能耦合高效综采和综放工作面智能化操控与人工干预辅助放煤3种模式。然后以煤层赋存条件为基本指标、开采技术参数为参考指标,建立智能化采煤工作面分类评价指标体系,将采煤工作面煤层开采条件分为Ⅰ类、Ⅱ类、Ⅲ类;将智能化采煤工作面系统细分为智能割煤、智能支护、智能运输、智能控制、网络通讯、智能视频、智能喷雾、智能供液、智能巡检、智能供电、工作面照明、工作面语音、通风防灭火和安全监测14个子系统,针对不同类别工作面生产条件,分别对其设备性能达标条件和设备运行工况达标条件进行评价,建立适用于不同类别的智能化采煤工作面分级评价指标体系,将智能化采煤工作面分为高级、中级、初级3个级别,综合评价智能化工作面水平。最后以具体的采煤工作面为例,对智能化工作面相关指标进行具体解析,验证评价指标体系与评价方法的合理性与科学性。

     

    Abstract: There is no unified standard for smart longwall mining face in China,and it is impossible to carry out scientific and reasonable quantitative evaluation on intelligent construction and development level of longwall mining face.The research on the classification,grading and evaluation index system of smart longwall mining face is carried out,the definition of smart longwall mining face is given,the mathematical model of the index system of smart longwall mining face is established,and the classification,grading evaluation index system and evaluation method of smart longwall mining face are put forward. The software of smart longwall mining face classification and grading evaluation is developed,and the scientific rationality of evaluation method and results is verified with specific cases. Firstly,some terms such as smart longwall mining face,intelligent centralized control center of mining face,intelligent mining mode and so on are defined,and the general technical requirements and system mating conditions of smart longwall mining face are put forward. According to the coal seam thickness,occurrence conditions,mining methods and mining technical parameters, the mining mode of smart longwall mining is classified. It can be divided into three modes: thin coal seam and medium thick coal seam intelligent patrol unmanned operation,thick coal seam human machine environment intelligent coupling high-efficiency comprehensive mining,and fully mechanized caving face intelligent operation and artificial intervention auxiliary caving. Secondly,taking the coal seam occurrence condition as the basic index and the mining technical parameters as the reference index,the intelligent classification and evaluation standard of longwall mining face is established,and the mining conditions of longwall mining face are divided into class I,class II and class III. According to the classification evaluation results of mining face,the smart longwall mining face system is divided into 14 subsystems: intelligent cutting coal,intelligent support,intelligent transportation,intelligent control,network communication,intelligent video,intelligent spray,intelligent supply,intelligent inspection,intelligent power supply,mining face lighting,mining face voice,ventilation,fire prevention and safety monitoring. The conditions of reaching the standard and the operating conditions of the equipment are evaluated. The grading evaluation standard for different types of smart longwall mining faces is established. The smart longwall mining faces are divided into three levels:advanced,intermediate and primary,and the development level of smart longwall mining face is comprehensively evaluated. Finally, taking a specific longwall mining face as an example,the paper analyzes the related indexes of smart longwall mining face,and verifies the rationality and scientific of the evaluation index system and evaluation method.
