  • 摘要: 煤矿智能化开采是我国煤炭综采技术发展的新阶段,也是煤炭工业技术革命和升级发展的需求和必然方向。围绕煤矿智能化开采技术、煤矿安全监测技术现状及发展趋势,介绍了煤矿智能化开采的技术内涵及核心三要素,指出智能感知是煤矿智能化开采的关键技术,传感监测技术是智能感知的核心。针对煤矿智能化开采感知层基础信息采集传感不全面、可靠性差、灵敏度低及安全决策技术落后等问题,基于“科学采矿”和“智能精准开采”先进理念,建立了智能工作面开采信息多参量精准感知与安全决策关键技术体系,研究了光纤光栅精准感知原理与传感特性,构建了光纤光栅-基体三层感知传递模型,揭示了光纤光栅粘贴长度范围内的应变分布规律,创建了光纤传感式煤矿开采巷道围岩安全状态信息和工作面装备姿态信息多参量信息感知体系,提出了基于光纤光栅智能感知技术的大容量、准分布传感网络拓扑结构,开发了基于大数据与云计算智能技术的多参量感知系统信息服务平台,构建了包括数据采集与感知层、数据传输层、数据处理与管理层和安全决策与控制层等4层系统架构,开展了基于光纤光栅的多参量感知与决策系统在煤矿开采中的具体工程应用,实现了现场生产状态、矿压信息、风险信息监测预报,为煤矿安全生产与管理提供决策支持。

     

    Abstract: Intelligent mining is a new development stage of fully mechanized mining technology in China,and it is also the demand and inevitable direction of the technological revolution and upgrading development of coal industry. Focu- sing on the present situation and development trend of intelligent mining technology and coal mine safety monitoring technology,this paper introduces the technical connotation and three key elements of intelligent mining,and points out that intelligent sensing is the key technology of intelligent mining in coal mine,and sensing technology is the core of intelligent mining. In view of the problems of incomplete information collection, poor reliability, low sensitivity and backward security decision technology in intelligent mining sensing layer of coal mine,based on the concepts of “sci- entific mining” and “precision coal mining”,the key technology system of multi-parameter accurate perception and se- curity decision of mining information in intelligent working face is established,the precise sensing principle and char- acteristics of FBG are studied,the three-layer sensing transfer model of surface-bonded FBG on the structure is con- structed,the strain distribution law of FBG in bonded length is revealed,the multi-parameter information sensing sys- tem with FBG sensing technology for the safety state of roadway surrounding rock and the attitude of working face e- quipment is established,the large-capacity and quasi-distribution sensing network topology based on FBG intelligent sensing technology is proposed,the multi parameter sensing system information service platform based on big data and cloud computing intelligent technology is developed,and the four-layers system architecture including data acquisition and sensing layer,data transmission layer,data processing and management layer,security decision and control layer are constructed. The application of multi-parameter sensing and decision system based on FBG in coal mining is car- ried out,which realizes the monitoring and prediction of production status,mine pressure information and risk informa- tion,and provides a decision support for coal mine safe production and management.
