  • 摘要: 岩巷掘进技术和装备的发展直接关系到煤矿生产的能力和安全。随着综合机械化采煤技术的迅速发展,回采工作面推进速度越来越快,对巷道掘进速度的要求越来越高。煤矿岩巷掘进技术,经历了钻爆法、综掘法,现在已经发展到第3个阶段TBM工法。传统的钻爆法、综掘法受技术和施工工艺限制,越来越无法满足各重大工程对施工效率、安全性、社会效益、经济收益等提出的更高要求,难以满足煤矿采掘平衡发展。TBM实现高效破岩、连续出渣、快速支护,通风除尘、供排水同步作业。分析了近几年国内煤矿TBM施工案例,提出矿用TBM开发关键技术,TBM针对煤矿井下特殊工程地质条件设计,实现掘锚运同步、及时支护,提高对坡度、围岩适应性,小半径转弯能力,融合千米定向钻机技术,做到逢掘必探,设备、施工规范和组织管理有机融合;提出工序衔接关键在于“探得远,掘得快,支得住,运得出”。分析煤矿巷道特点,提出设备系列化、模块化设计规划,关键部件国产化发展方向。依托大数据分析和云计算平台,按照“以感知为基础,以信息融合为中心,以智能掘进为目标”的原则,规划TBM智能掘进技术体系;开发掘进智能控制软件——TBM-Smart,系统架构划分为数据采集层、数据分析层、实时决策层,包括七大功能模块。分析煤矿行业面临的瓶颈和未来发展,提出矿用TBM向“机械化换人、自动化减人、智能化解放人”方向发展。

     

    Abstract: The development of rock tunneling technology and equipment is directly related to the ability and safety of coal mine production.With the rapid development of comprehensive mechanized coal mining technology,the advancement speed of the mining face is getting faster,and the requirements for the speed of roadway drivage are getting higher.The boring technology in coal mine roadway drivage has experienced the drilling and blasting method and the comprehensive excavation method,and has now developed to the third stage of the TBM method.Traditional drilling and blasting methods and comprehensive excavation methods are restricted by technologies and construction techniques,and they are increasingly unable to meet the higher requirements of major projects for construction efficiency,safety,social benefits,economic benefits,etc.It is difficult to meet the balanced development of coal mining and roadway drivage.The full face hard rock tunnel boring machine(TBM) achieves efficient rock breaking,continuous slagging,rapid support,ventilation,dust removal,and water supply and drainage synchronization.This paper analyzes the construction cases of domestic coal mines in recent years,and proposes some key technologies for the development of mining TBM.The TBM is designed for the special engineering geological conditions in coal mining,realizes the synchronization of excavation,anchor and transportation,and timely support,improves the adaptability to slope,surrounding rock,and small radius turning ability,integrates the directional rig technology of thousands of meters,and is necessary for exploration,and integrates the equipment,construction specifications and organization management organically.It is proposed that the key of process connection lies in “long distance exploration,fast drivage,robust support and efficient transportation”.Also,the paper analyzes the characteristics of coal mine roadways,and puts forward the development direction of equipment serialization,modular design planning,and localization of key components.Relying on the big data analysis and cloud computing platform,in accordance with the principle of “based on perception,information fusion as the center,and intelligent tunneling as the goal”,the TBM intelligent tunneling technology system is planned.TBM-Smart,the intelligent control software for tunneling,has been developed.The system architecture is divided into data acquisition layer,data analysis layer,and real-time decision-making layer,including seven functional modules.In addition,the paper analyzes the bottleneck and future development faced by the coal mining industry,and proposes the development of mining TBM in the direction of “mechanical substitution,automatic reduction of personnel,and intelligent excavation”.New equipment and new construction methods can improve the efficiency and safety of rock roadway boring,and are of great significance for ensuring the normal development of coal mining and roadway drivage,forming a production system for the mining area as soon as possible,and ensuring stable and high production in the mine.
